At TurnSpin, we stand behind the quality of our premium pet products. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction and your pet's comfort are our top priorities. This Return Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return.

Return Window

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all included components (if applicable)

For hygiene and safety reasons—to protect all our customers—items that show signs of use (including pet hair, odors, stains, chewing damage, or heavy wear) may be ineligible for return or may be subject to a deduction if they cannot be resold.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

  • Gift cards

  • Consumables (e.g., treats/supplements) and personal care items once opened, for hygiene reasons

  • Any item damaged due to misuse, pet chewing, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color (where available), you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

  • We may require the original item to be returned before the replacement is shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide a resolution such as a replacement, refund, or other remedy as appropriate.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item). Please note that our free shipping offer applies to initial orders only, not to returns.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label for convenience, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection (bank posting times may vary)

Expedited shipping fees (if purchased) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email turnspin@turnspinproducts.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required if damaged/defective)

If approved, we'll send return instructions and the return address. We typically respond within 1 business day.

Purchases from Other Retailers

If you purchased TurnSpin products from a third-party retailer or marketplace, returns must follow that seller's return policy.
