Orders

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at turnspin@turnspinproducts.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can help with next steps.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder, then contact us.

Q: Do you offer gift notes or gift receipts?
A: Not at this time.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required. Standard shipping costs are built into our product pricing.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Availability depends on your address, item(s) ordered, and carrier service levels.

Q: How long does processing take?
A: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If expedited options are available, estimated delivery timing will be shown at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we'll email tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: My tracking says "delivered," but I don't have my package. What should I do?
A: Check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building management. Then contact the carrier using your tracking number. If you still can't locate it, email us at turnspin@turnspinproducts.com and we'll assist.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return window?
A: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Q: What condition must items be in to return?
A: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging and included components. For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of use (including pet hair, odors, stains, chewing damage, or heavy wear) may be ineligible for return.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: Final sale/clearance items, gift cards, and certain consumables or personal care items (once opened) are not eligible for return. Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item). If we provide a prepaid label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email turnspin@turnspinproducts.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include photos of the item and packaging.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. Expedited shipping fees (if purchased) are non-refundable.
