Our Story

TurnSpin started in a home like yours—busy, full of love, and shaped by pets who are truly part of the family.

Over the years, we've lived the full reality of pet ownership: the joyful routines, the daily messes, and the seasons that ask more of us. We've also experienced the heartbreak of saying goodbye—losing two cats as they reached old age. That taught us something lasting: comfort and environment aren't "extras." They can change how a pet feels day to day, especially as needs evolve.

Today, our home includes both a cat and a dog, and we're reminded daily that pets have different needs—sometimes even within the same household. A curious cat can thrive with the right environment, enrichment, and comfort, and it takes intention to keep him calm and content. And like many families, we've also seen what anxiety can look like—especially when a dog doesn't want to be left alone and stress shows up at the most ordinary moments, like leaving the house. Those experiences made something clear: families don't just need more pet products. They need dependable essentials that support calmer routines and a sense of safety.

A Note from the Founder

TurnSpin is personal for me. I've loved pets through the best days and the hardest ones—especially the season of saying goodbye when old age takes its toll. Those experiences changed how I think about comfort and environment: not as luxury, but as part of what helps pets feel safe and settled. I see it at home every day—in the small choices that keep a curious cat calm and content, and in the routines that help an anxious dog feel more secure when we have to step out.

I started TurnSpin to help families like mine. Not with gimmicks—just premium essentials that support calmer routines and make home feel more comfortable for pets.
